# Comment rechercher un client ?

Pour rechercher un client, cliquer sur la barre de recherche en haut de votre écran (1) puis saisissez l'adresse mail de l'utilisateur (2). Sélectionnez ensuite votre client apparaissant juste en dessous afin d'accéder à sa fiche client.

💡 Si vous disposez de l'identifiant de l'utilisateur, vous pouvez l'ajouter directement à l'URL pour accéder plus rapidement à sa fiche client. Par exemple, pour consulter la fiche de l'utilisateur ayant l'identifiant 761469, il vous suffit de saisir l'URL suivante : https://admin.airwebpass.com/customers/761469.
